Our Leaders

Tami Flick is a professional musician and worship leader who loves the presence of God and is dedicated to seeing her city experience Kingdom transformation. Tami has been married to her best friend John for 25 years and together they have two amazing children, Ellie (19) and Robert (17).  In October of 2021, John and Tami responded to the call and invitation of the Lord and moved their family from Kalamazoo, Michigan down to Ferguson, Missouri to serve full time with Civil Righteousness, for which Tami served as the Director of Education from 2021 - 2025. During their sojourn in St. Louis, Tami has had the honor of serving in executive leadership with the Pray for the Lou movement, as a member of the St. Louis Reconciliation Network, and co-director of the Ferguson Prayer Furnace.

Presently, Tami serves full time as the Director of LOVEtheLOU's Rooted Together initiative, a tornado recovery project that partners churches with "persons of peace" in North St. Louis.

One of Tami’s personal joys is playing principal flute in the Alton Symphony Orchestra where her son Robert performs as a cellist. She also maintains an in-person and online music studio that includes students from Missouri, Michigan, Maryland, Oklahoma, and Lusaka, Zambia.

As a family, the Flicks love to geocache, watch Marvel and Star Wars movies and The Chosen tv series, swim at the family cottage, play cards, and eat copious amounts of ice cream.  When not spending time with her family and friends, you can usually find Tami biking on a wooded trail, directing a choir for a She Leads America event, or writing another installment of her blog: TJ Flick's Musings on Life, Family, & Jesus.
